Estimated Delivery Times
You will typically receive your order between 3 - 7 business days. No deliveries will be made on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Orders are typically packed and dispatched to our couriers within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Our agreement with our couriers is to deliver the items within an additional 2-3 days on average. We will always do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframes but please note that Estimated Delivery Times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Toys"R"Us Brunei only delivers only within Brunei. We are unable to deliver PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Post Offices. At this time we do not ship from our toysrus.com.bn site to anywhere outside of Brunei. We do however, accept payment and billing from other countries.
